Spritz it up with our Tara and tonic.  A blissful blend of our Tara blend and tonic water, finished with orange essence and garnished with orange peel.  Served in a champagne flute.  “The Chardonnay of Whiskey.”

INGREDIENTS

50ml BAHA Tara Blend

25ml Tonic water

Orange essence

Orange peel for garnish

METHOD

Step 1: Add BAHA Tara Blend to a champage flute

Step 2: Add tonic water

Step 3: Finish with spritz of orange essence

Step 4: Garnish with orange peel

BAHA ROSE

The BAHA Rose features beautiful hints of summer profiles while still delivering everything you’ve come to know and love in the Tara Blend . It's 'Berry' refreshing with raspberries all the way through, starting off sweet and ending on a light refreshing note.

INGREDIENTS

50ml BAHA Tara Blend

25ml Raspberry purée

25ml Lime juice

25ml Ginger beer

6-8 Mint leaves

METHOD

Step 1: Muddle the Raspberries and Mint together in the bottom of a large Collins glass with ice

Step 2: Add to a shaker the Lime, Raspberry pureé and BAHA Tara Blend Whiskey and shake well

Step 3: Pour into large Collins glass followed by a heavy splash of Ginger beer

Step 4: Garnish with additional Raspberries and a sprig of Mint

BAHA SOHO

INGREDIENTS

50ml BAHA Founders Reserve

20ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar syrup

6-8 Mint leaves

10ml Apple Juice

Casera Blanco

METHOD

Step 1: Muddle mint leaves in a large glass and add cubed ice

Step 2: Combine BAHA Founders Reserve with lemon juice, sugar syrup and apple juice and shake well

Step 3: Double strain in to the glass with ice

Step 4: Top up with Casera Blanco

BAHA BITE

An instant bite from ginger that quickly transforms into lemon tang fading into a mild spiced, sweet oak and refreshing finish.

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Sugar syrup

Ginger beer

METHOD

Step 1: Add BAHA Tara Blend to a tall glass with cubed ice

Step 2: Add Lemon juice and sugar syrup

Step 3: Top up with Ginger beer

Step 4: Garnish with a lime wedge

25ml Borghetti Coffee Liqueur

15ml Tiramisú syrup

30ml Espresso Coffee

METHOD

Step 1: Combine BAHA Founders Reserve, Coffee Liqueur, syrup and coffee.

Step 2: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a martini glass

Step 3: Garnish with coffee beans and cocoa powder

BAHA WHISKEY SOUR

A simplistic yet classic drink with a silky texture that balances itself perfectly. The combination of BAHA Tara Blend and sweet and sour flavour makes for a timeless taste that is sure to please almost anyone.

50ml BAHA Tara Blend

25ml Lemon juice

15ml Sugar syrup

15ml Egg white

Cubed ice

METHOD

Step 1: Combine BAHA Founders Reserve, Coffee Liqueur, syrup and coffee.

Step 2: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a martini glass

Step 3: Strain the mix into a short glass filled with ice and garnish with the cherry and orange slice
